He was hospitalized in Pune on November 5, 2022, and passed away there on November 26, 2022.
The actor, who has reportedly been afflicted with health issues for some time, was admitted to Pune’s Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital. Before passing away today, he had been using a ventilator support system for some time. He had a multi-organ failure, his wife claimed in a statement.
He was buried at Vaikunth Samshan Bhumi in Pune, and his body will be kept at Balgandharv Rangmanch for Antim Darshan.
