Mitch McConnell Wife: Meet Elaine Chao – Mitch McConnell’s first day of training at Fort Knox, Kentucky, was on July 9, 1967, two days after he passed the bar exam, and his last day was on August 15, 1967.

Chao graduated from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts, with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 1975.
