Biography of Gareth Ainsworth

Most commonly associated with teams like Wycombe Wanderers and Queens Park Rangers, Gareth is an English midfielder. He was a member of the Wycombe team that was recognized as the 2010–11 PFA Football League Two Team of the Year. Blackburn is where Ainsworth was born.

In the 1960s, his mother worked as a professional singer, and his father held a variety of professions, including bookmaker, driving instructor, and factory clerk. His mother taught Ainsworth to sing when he was a young child, and both of his parents were ardent music lovers. Since he was six years old, he has been a Blackburn Rovers fan and season ticket holder. Bill and Christine Ainsworth are his parents.

With Northwich Victoria, he was promoted to the Football Conference, and on October 26, 1991, he scored his first goal in a 3-1 victory over Cheltenham Town at home.
