Rick Burton was named the David B. Falk Distinguished Professor of Sport Management on June 22, 2009. He will begin teaching courses in international sport, sports communications, and sports marketing on August 20, as well as pursuing scholarly work, research, and other academic initiatives in the Department of Sport Management.
